“Reflecting Absence”

The names of the victims of 9/11 at the World Trade Centre memorial are water jet cut into continuous cast bronze panels, representing ribbons, surrounding two reflecting pools located in the original footprints of the North and South towers.

“Reflecting Absence” is designed by architect Michael Arad with environmental graphic design by New York based C&G Partners. It opens to the public tomorrow.
