Work in Progress: The Murray Library

We are on site this week installing a package of signs and display graphics at The Murray Library, part of the University of Sunderland’s City Campus.  The project forms part of the third and final phase of FaulknerBrowns refurbishment of the building.

The scope of work includes vinyl supergraphics applied to painted walls and glazed panels, information signs, directions, flexible library shelf identification, brochure holders and manifestations.  We won this work following a competitive tender earlier in the summer.  Since then we have worked closely with the interior designer to ensure her ideas are fully implemented.

Display graphics

(left) Cut out acrylic graphics, (right) Applied vinyl directional sign

(left) Contravision 1 way vision vinyl applied to outside of new glazed curtain wall, (right) Viewed from the inside you just see a slight shadow (thank you for asking the question !)

Is the contravision applied to the glazing externally? How does it work?

Impressed… I came back to see if you had answered my question. Thanks for that! Something I could potentially use in future projects.
